Drone Rentals
Each Drone Rental is for pickup local to San Antonio, TX and requires a (2) day minimum rental. All drone rental components must be returned in the same condition as they were received to avoids any extra fees. Any missing/broken/excessive wear on any components and hardware will result in a fee upon drop off. All rentals must be returned at specified drop off time. If not returned by specified time you will be charged a late fee of $20.00 per hour past designated drop off time.

Want to purchase the DJI Mavic 4 Pro? We offer a $100 credit towards the purchase of a new DJI Mavic 4 Pro (Any Model). To qualify for this credit, rental must be a minimum of a 3-day (Mavic 4 pro) rental. Not eligible for combined discounts.

What do you need before renting a drone?
All must be completed before date of pickup of your rental as we use this information.
Pass a "TRUST" UAV Safety Test from any listed approved faa website.
Already have a Part 107 License?
Just bring a copy of your Part 107 License and valid driver's license (Information must be the same on both of these).
*5% Coupon applied to all Valid Part 107 holders.
Register with the FAA Drone zone as a Recreational or Part 107 Flyer.
*Everyone must register with the FAA Drone Zone as this is how we temporarily register each drone with every renter.

LAANC (For checking airspace authorizations where you plan to fly)
MyRadar (For checking weather conditions)
Payment Information
We will collect payment at reservation pickup time (Must have a Credit/Debit card present for a temporary security deposit until completed return. Due to the high values of these drones and equipment we will put a Security Deposit on your payment method for the full cost of the drone and will be refunded upon drop off date completion (SEE BELOW). Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can process your required information (SEE ABOVE).
Make Sure To Bring The Following At Time of Pickup:
Failure to bring all necessary documents will result in a cancellation for the rental.
- "Trust" safety test certificate (Completed from the link above) OR current Part 107 License.
- Login information for FAA Drone Zone (To temporarily register the rental Drone to your account).
- Proof of Downloaded LAANC App (To ensure renter knows any airspace restrictions).
- Valid ID/Drivers license.
- Credit/Debit card for Security Deposit.
Security Deposits for each drone rental will be in the amount of the following:
-DJI Mavic 4 Pro -$4000
-DJI Mavic 3 Pro- $3650
-DJI Avata 2- $1500
*Each deposit will be fully refunded after the drone rental has been returned in its full operating/cosmetic condition as it was rented out.
