Drone Rentals

Each Drone Rental is for pickup local to San Antonio, TX and requires a (2) day minimum rental. Any missing, broken, or excessive wear on any components and hardware will result in a fee upon drop off. All rentals must be returned at specified drop off time. If not returned by specified return day/time you will be charged a late fee of $75 Per day in addition to the daily rental price. We strongly recommend getting our provided drone rental insurance to avoid any costly fees (See Below).

Want to purchase the DJI Mavic 4 Pro? We offer a $100 credit towards the purchase of a new DJI Mavic 4 Pro (Any Model). To qualify for this credit, rental must be on any DJI Mavic 4 Pro model. Not eligible for combined discounts.

What do you need before renting a drone?

All must be completed before date of pickup of your rental as we use this information for each rental.

Pass a "TRUST" UAV Safety Test from any listed approved faa website.

Already have a Part 107 License?

Just bring a copy of your Part 107 License and valid driver's license (Information must be the same on both of these).

*Everyone must register with the FAA Drone Zone website as this is how we temporarily register each drone with every rental.

DRONE RENTAL iNSURANCE coverage (recommended)

Drone Insurance is $55 Per Rental (optional but recommended)

With drone rental insurance selected at time of checkout, in the event of ANY damages to the drone/Remote the following deductibles below will apply:

DJI Avata 2 Insurance deductible: $200.00 (Drone/Remote Coverage Only)

DJI Mavic 3 Pro Insurance deductible: $300.00 (Drone/Remote Coverage Only)

DJI Mavic 4 Pro Insurance deductible: $400.00 (Drone/Remote Coverage Only)

If drone rental insurance is NOT selected at the time of checkout, in the event of ANY damages to the drone the renter is liable for product replacement costs and following charges will apply:

DJI Avata 2: $1,499.99 (Drone Only)

DJI Mavic 3 Pro: $1,999.99 (Drone Only)

DJI Mavic 4 Pro: $2,499.99 (Drone Only)

*For all rentals whether insurance is selected or not, any other damaged or excessive use parts/accessories beyond the drone itself will be charged to repair (or replacement) and itemized upon return of the rental.

Make Sure To Bring The Following At Time of Pickup:

Failure to bring all necessary documents will result in a cancellation for the rental.

"Trust" safety test certificate (Completed from the link above) OR current Part 107 License.
Login information for FAA Drone Zone (To temporarily register the rental Drone to your account).
Proof of Downloaded LAANC App (To ensure renter knows any airspace restrictions).
Valid ID/Driver's license.
Credit/Debit card for Security Deposit.

Security Deposits for each drone rental will be in the amount of the following:

-DJI Avata 2- $255.00

-DJI Mavic 3 Pro- $355.00

-DJI Mavic 4 Pro -$455.00

*Each deposit will be fully refunded after the drone rental has been returned in its full operating/cosmetic condition as it was rented out. Must be 18+ years old for all drone rentals.
